THE SWAMP

Welcome to FrogTown — a handcrafted frog civilization you'll fight to the death in

FrogMog drops you into FrogTown — a 200×200 meter living world built in the roots and branches of a colossal ancient Mother Tree. 12 NPCs patrol the market, fish by the pond, and meditate behind a hidden waterfall. The world breathes.

Then you walk up to the FROG MOG sign, the countdown hits zero, and up to 100 frogs pile into a shrinking arena. The zone closes in. You eat or get eaten.

Every frog has 3 HP. You're fragile. You're fast. You have a tongue. Make it count.

Welcome to FrogMog

We're ready to share FrogMog — a 3D multiplayer battle royale where up to 100 frogs duke it out in an ever-shrinking arena. This has been a passion project for us, and it's time to let the swamp out.

The Concept

100 frogs enter. One frog leaves. The arena starts as FrogTown — a living 200×200 meter world built in the roots of an ancient Mother Tree. NPCs wander the market stalls, fish at the pond, meditate behind a hidden waterfall. Then the match starts, and everything turns into chaos.

The Tech

FrogMog is built on Godot 4.4.1 (pure GDScript) with a Nakama authoritative game server running at 30 ticks per second. The entire world is declared in JSON — not a single node was hand-placed in an editor. 551 automated tests prove it works.

Platforms

FrogMog launches on iOS and Android, mobile-first. VR mode for Meta Quest 2 is on the roadmap — you'll actually be the frog.
